What's live, what's in build, what's committed.
We publish our Welsh public sector roadmap openly so Welsh public bodies, funders, the Senedd and Welsh suppliers can hold us to it. No vapourware, no “coming soon” without a date, no hidden gaps in WPPS coverage.
Updated quarterly. Last review: 2026 Q2. If a feature you need isn't listed, ask — Welsh public body requests get prioritised.

How we prioritise
What moves up the roadmap.
We prioritise based on three signals — in this order:
1.
Welsh public body pilot requests
A specific Welsh local authority, Welsh Government body, NHS Wales body or Welsh charity asking for a feature in a live pilot. This is the strongest signal and goes to the top.
2.
WPPS, Future Generations Act and Welsh Language Standards gaps
Anywhere we are not yet structurally aligned with the Welsh policy framework. We do not ship a Welsh public sector platform with policy-framework gaps.
3.
Cross-body or strategic value
Features that serve multiple Welsh public bodies, or that materially improve outcomes for Welsh SMEs and the foundational economy.
Need a feature that isn't here yet?
Welsh public body requests get prioritised. Tell us what you need; we'll tell you honestly whether it's in build, committed, or whether it would shape the next quarter's roadmap.
